Create a room stopped glitter lip that doesn’t  leave a dry or patchy look. 
3 piece set: lipstick tube of glitter & brush 
Step 1: apply lip stain 
Step 2: wait 3-5 minutes for your lip-stain to completely dry before applying glitter. 
Step 3: use brush provide or use fingers easy to transfer from tube of glitter to finger with one touch. 
Step 4: apply as much glitter as you like
